Major Australian Water Utility Rolling Out HiLo Sewer Level Monitors On 1500+ Sites

After thoroughly trialling multiple level monitoring products in the field, a major Australian Water Utility is partnering with Automation Group to supply HiLo level monitors for sewer sites, replacing their ageing legacy product.

The project has multiple phases, totalling over 1,500 sites to be monitored. The HiLo radar sensors were chosen for their simple deployment process, direct to SCADA solution, and unique ADA™ self-learning algorithm, which ensures accurate detection of levels in sewer channels and automatically filters out benches, obstacles and inflow pipes, resulting in superior performance in harsh environments.
