SENSOR CONNECTIVITY MADE EASY
Optimised for scale, the Senquip UNI delivers compact, capable telemetry for OEMs and fleets, combining essential sensing, reliable connectivity, and full edge processing.
The Senquip UNI connects to standard industrial sensors and allows remotely measured data to be delivered to users anywhere in the world.
SIMPLE SETUP
The UNI is easy to set up using any phone, tablet, or laptop via the integrated web server or the Senquip Connect app (Android and iOS). Remote updates can be performed through the Senquip Portal.
CUSTOM JAVASCRIPT
The UNI includes an embedded JavaScript engine that allows users to run custom scripts. Applications such as parsing serial and CAN messages, applying filters, implementing combinational logic, and controlling outputs can be achieved with secure, locally stored scripts.
WIFI, CELLULAR and SATELLITE
The UNI utilises a Direct-to-Cell satellite-ready Global 4G LTE CAT‑1 bis modem to deliver optimal coverage while minimising power consumption. Wi‑Fi connectivity enables seamless connection to local networks.
BLUETOOTH
The Senquip UNI supports Bluetooth sensor connectivity, enabling communication with multiple Bluetooth tags, beacons, and sensors (including temperature, vibration, and asset identification).
SECURE DATA
Data integrity is maintained through embedded certificates and secure communication protocols.
GPS
Support for GPS and GLONASS ensures accurate positioning and speed tracking.
CLOUD SERVICES
The Senquip Portal provides data visualisation, storage, remote configuration, and firmware updates. The UNI also supports secure integration with third-party servers.
ADAPTABLE
Users can develop and deploy their own scripts on the UNI, or alternatively, engage Automation Group to create custom solutions.
WARNINGS AND ALARMS
Configurable warning and alarm thresholds are available for each peripheral. Alerts can also be generated for non-critical events.
VERSATILE POWER REQUIREMENT
The UNI can be powered by a 10V to 36VDC supply or solar power. An internal lithium titanate oxide (LTO) battery provides reliable backup power during outages.
MULTI PROTOCOL SUPPORT
UDP, MQTT, and HTTPS are supported, enabling connectivity to company servers or SCADA systems. The UNI interfaces with Modbus slave devices via RS232 or RS485, CANbus devices via the CANbus port, and low-cost 1-wire sensors via the IO1 terminal.
BUILT TOUGH
Designed for demanding industrial environments, the UNI operates in temperatures ranging from -30°C to 80°C. It is IP68-rated, UV-stabilised, and resistant to chemicals.
MULTI SENSORS
Measure voltage, current, position, speed, tilt, temperature, frequency, serial data, and more.
