Our interactive product dashboards are available to our users & partners and provide open, transparent communication of product features, updates, firmware testing results and known issues/limitations. We believe by being open about our products in a collaborative environment, we save our customers time and money whilst empowering them to further advance their systems. If we do find an issue or limitation with our product, we report this openly on our dashboards.
Before releasing a new firmware to you, we undergo thorough internal testing specifically for our Australia-Pacific market and produce full release notes complete with change management and known limitation guidelines to ensure a smooth transition.
We back this up with 24/7 support and onsite or remotely delivered training courses for engineering/design teams and field teams.

An example of recent collaborative development is the IO14A/B card. A mixed IO card perfectly suited to pump station monitoring.
