SENSOR CONNECTIVITY MADE EASY
The Senquip QUAD is designed to for harsh environments where there may not be a clear view of the sky and external antennas are a benefit. Senquip QUADs are typically found in electrical enclosures, in operator cabs, and mounted externally on machines.
The Senquip QUAD connects to standard industrial sensors and allows remotely measured data to be delivered to users anywhere in the world.
SIMPLE SETUP
The QUAD is simple to setup using any phone, tablet or laptop in conjunction with the integrated webserver. Remote updates can be achieved using the Senquip Portal.
CUSTOM JAVASCRIPT
The sensor gateways include an embedded JavaScript engine that allows users to run their own customised scripts. Applications like parsing of serial and CAN messages, applying filters, combinational logic, and output control can be implemented with simple scripts that are securely downloaded and saved on the QUAD.
WIFI AND GSM
The QUAD utilises the latest CAT-M1 GSM network to ensure the best possible coverage whilst using the least possible power. WiFi connectivity allows for connection to local networks.
BLUETOOTH
The Senquip QUAD includes Bluetooth sensor connectivity, allowing the QUAD to read data from multiple Bluetooth tags, beacons, and sensors (like temperature, vibration, asset I.D., etc.).
SECURE DATA
Data integrity is ensured with the use of embedded certificates and secure communications methods.
GPS
GPS and GLONASS satellites are tracked to ensure accurate position and speed information.
CLOUD SERVICES
Access to the Senquip Portal allows for viewing of data, storage, remote setup and firmware upgrades. The QUAD also allows for secure connection to other servers.
ADAPTABLE
Users can write their own scrips to run on the QUAD; alternatively, ask us to do it for you.
WARNINGS AND ALARMS
Warning and alarm levels are configurable for each peripheral. Alerts can be generated for non-critical information events.
VERSATILE POWER REQUIREMENT
The QUAD can be powered by a 10V to 72V power supply, AA batteries, or with solar. An internal battery supplies power in the event of a power outage.
MULTI PROTOCOL SUPPORT
UDP, MQTT and HTTPS connectivity are all supported, allowing connection to any company server or SCADA system.
Connect to Modbus slave devices via RS232 or RS485. Connect to CANbus slave devices via the CANbus port.
BUILT TOUGH
The QUAD is design to be used in tough industrial environments, is IP67 rated, UV stabilised and chemical resistant.
MULTI SENSORS
Measure voltage, current, position, speed, tilt, temperature, pressure, frequency, serial data and more.
